1. The service

FuehrerscheinUebungen provides a free, unofficial practice tool for the German driving license theory exam. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. We are not affiliated with TUeV, DEKRA, or any official German licensing or motor vehicle authority.

2. No warranty

The practice questions and content are provided for study purposes only and may not reflect the exact questions, weighting, or format of the official exam. We make no guarantee that using this service will result in passing the official theory exam. Always consult official study materials and your driving school.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or the underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download question content for redistribution
• Use the service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Create accounts for automated or bot-driven use without prior written permission

5. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You may delete your account at any time via your account page, which permanently removes all associated data.

6. Intellectual property

The official driving theory question content is the property of the relevant German licensing authorities and is used here for educational, non-commercial practice purposes. All other content, code, and design of this website remains the property of FuehrerscheinUebungen.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. The service is provided free of charge and we are not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

8. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, all your personal data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FuehrerscheinUebungen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including any loss arising from reliance on practice content for your official exam.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
